Inside Sales

Provide product knowledge and take customer orders at the counter and over the phone for building materials such as drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceiling systems, and stucco. Build customer relationships, enter and complete sales orders in the company computer system, process cash sales, and develop product expertise to recommend purchases. Collaborate with outside sales and sales managers on strategic approaches while handling objections and emphasizing product features and services.
