Job Summary

Build and deploy end-to-end AI solutions for Salesforce’s most strategic clients, working hands-on across complex architecture, data modeling, integrations, and production delivery. Design and implement scalable LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform, guide technical execution, and troubleshoot root-cause issues. Partner closely with customer teams as a trusted advisor, lead rapid prototyping, and evangelize engineering best practices to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, including writing critical code, configuring systems, troubleshooting, and guiding junior team members.
•Design, develop, and implement scalable production systems featuring AI and LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform.
•Build bespoke intelligent agents with customers using Agentforce, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate with existing ecosystems.
•Own the full data lifecycle, from data model design to building processing pipelines and establishing integration strategies for secure, ready data.
•Lead rapid prototyping and deep technical debugging/root-cause analysis, and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on, end-to-end delivery experience for high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment.
•Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
•Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, and Apex.
•Extensive hands-on AI/LLM experience, including integrating LLMs and using AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) with prompt engineering.
•Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics using enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
