Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical consultation for the design and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events using video, audio, and presentation systems.
  • •Operate and support production workflows, including control rooms, audio mixing, virtual/hybrid production, graphics playout, video playback, and live streaming/encoding.
  • •Support real-time production decisions during live events to maintain broadcast quality and operational stability.
  • •Collaborate with production teams and clients to coordinate technical requirements, presenter prep, rehearsals, and live-day readiness.
  • •Perform troubleshooting and maintenance across video, audio, networking, control systems, and streaming infrastructure, and support post-event reviews and basic postproduction deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in live event production, broadcast, video production, or related technical event environments.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events.
  • •Strong studio and control room production experience operating live event systems.
  • •Experience with control room equipment such as video switchers, audio consoles, robotic cameras, and video playback systems.
  • •Knowledge of virtual production environments and enterprise meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom), with the ability to manage live show flow when needed.
