Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full software delivery lifecycle for the global WMS platform, including architecture and product design through execution, QA, and operational reliability.
  • •Drive WMS integration architecture and reliability, including upstream tooling/host systems integration via CI/CD pipelines (Debezium/Kafka to Snowflake/Databricks).
  • •Own CI/CD and deployment automation maturity, including rollback strategies, feature flagging, environment gate checks, and infrastructure-as-code for high-confidence releases.
  • •Build and advance quality engineering and test automation, including automated regression, AI-assisted edge-case generation, and contract testing for integrations.
  • •Lead engineering health metrics and governance, including DORA metrics, structured design reviews, legacy refactoring/replacements, vendor/capacity management, and people leadership/career development.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of warehouse management system (WMS) software engineering and implementation experience with a tier-one WMS in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with Infios’s Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS platform with SQL Server.
  • •3+ years managing application integrations via microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and ETL pipelines.
  • •Experience implementing or scaling CI/CD pipelines, automated testing gates, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code across multi-environment stacks.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with agentic and AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit, SonarQube AI) with a track record of measurable team-wide adoption.
