Shape agents’ marketing and branding projects from concept through execution by consulting customers daily to identify needs, build strategic marketing plans, and optimize tactics across channels. Key Responsibilities

•Consult customers daily to identify marketing needs, create strategic plans, and guide execution to deliver those needs efficiently.
•Provide end-to-end guidance and client service to real estate agents from start to finish.
•Create marketing plans combining branding, print, digital, social, direct mail, video, and paid media tactics aligned to budgets and goals.
•Assemble templated creative (e.g., print ads, brochures) and coordinate larger projects with the design team and associated materials.
•Analyze and optimize marketing plans, work with advertising/media vendors, and stay current on real estate market trends to improve future strategies.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships and handle objections.
•Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning to identify the right tactics across multiple channels.
•Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign. (Prior real estate industry experience preferred.)
