Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for the day by reviewing the schedule and ensuring you have proper supplies and PPE.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area to perform scheduled services.
  • •Perform blood draws and other preventative/diagnostic services including vitals, height/weight measurements, and urine collection.
  • •Support Annual Wellness Visits and provide a warm, welcoming, professional patient experience.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit and properly label, handle, and transport specimens.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience drawing blood from challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
