Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate with local and global domain experts to understand problems and translate them into production AI solutions.
  • •Reuse and extend MVS/AI building blocks to design and implement custom services, integrations, and agents as needed.
  • •Ship solutions across backend, frontend, data/ML, and ops, owning the journey from development to production.
  • •Ensure security, compliance, and reliability, setting up CI/CD, containerization, and IaC as needed.
  • •Document, operationalize, and scale solutions by contributing new patterns to the central building-block catalogue.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on software engineering experience shipping production code across backend, frontend, data, and ops.
  • •Experience operating in unfamiliar codebases/domains and delivering value through problem solving.
  • •Practical cloud-native and DevOps experience including CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, testing/observability, and secure coding in regulated settings.
  • •Working knowledge of the modern data/AI stack (e.g., Python, APIs, vector databases) and integrating LLM/agent frameworks with a prompt-first mindset.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience and fluency in English.
