  • •Manage approximately 50 department staff, including coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
  • •Collaborate with client account and business line leaders to grow profitable backlog through budgets, wins/bookings tracking, and capture strategies.
  • •Escalate and resolve operational issues (resourcing gaps, technical issues, invoicing/cash collection challenges, vendor concerns) while aligning delivery practices to AECOM PDS and QMS.

Key Requirements
