Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and shape the People Experience & Culture agenda across the UK and Ireland by developing strategies and delivering initiatives.
  • •Use employee insights and data to identify priorities and drive meaningful change aligned to values and employee promise.
  • •Deliver engagement and listening programmes, culture and recognition initiatives, and DI&B and belonging-focused initiatives.
  • •Own transformation projects and future-focused people initiatives with measurable improvements for colleagues across retail, distribution and office environments.
  • •Partner with senior leaders and global teams to embed the employee lifecycle experience and ensure sustainable change.
