Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and develop solutions supporting planning and merchandising processes (forecasting, allocation, replenishment, open-to-buy) using Board and related tooling.
  • •Deliver backlog items within a scrum team and support live services through sprint ceremonies and technical input on feasibility and dependencies.
  • •Perform both change work (enhancements and improvements) and run work (defect resolution and stability) within the team backlog.
  • •Translate business requirements into robust configurations, calculations, and workflows, and validate solution designs and engineering estimates.
  • •Support integrations between domain platforms and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, PLM, data platforms), troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain clear documentation of configurations and models.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide configuration or engineering capability to deliver planning and merchandising capabilities across end-to-end processes.
  • •Understand planning and merchandising processes including allocation, replenishment, forecasting, and open-to-buy.
  • •Work effectively in Agile or scrum-based delivery teams, supporting backlog delivery and live services.
  • •Experience with integrated enterprise environments such as SAP, PLM, and data platforms.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions and troubleshoot live platform issues.
