Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive growth and optimize Dynamic Interchange for B2B by refining the product model, economics, rules framework, and client onboarding.
  • •Own end-to-end global product management and scaling for Visa Commercial Choice, evolving the product based on market and client signals.
  • •Manage and grow the Purchasing & Large Ticket (PLT) program, optimizing rules, onboarding, and operational processes to accelerate adoption.
  • •Partner with Visa’s Strategy team to identify, design, and launch new buyer-supplier ecosystem offerings via issuers and acquirers.
  • •Perform market analysis and translate strategic intent into executable product plans with clear success metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •10+ years in product management, product development, or product strategy.
  • •Demonstrated success taking products from concept through launch and global scaling.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with technology, operations, pricing, legal, and regional teams.
  • •Deep experience in interchange, commercial payments pricing, or B2B payment economics, including experience with commercial/B2B payments.
