Job Summary

Own a global portfolio of B2B payment products and strategic workstreams, shaping how commercial spend flows through Visa. Drive growth and optimization of Dynamic Interchange, scale Visa Commercial Choice, and manage the Purchasing & Large Ticket program. Partner with Visa Strategy, Pricing, Technology, and cross-functional teams to design and launch net-new initiatives, build business cases, define success metrics, and take products from concept to global scale.

•Drive growth and optimize Dynamic Interchange for B2B by refining the product model, economics, rules framework, and client onboarding.
•Own end-to-end global product management and scaling for Visa Commercial Choice, evolving the product based on market and client signals.
•Manage and grow the Purchasing & Large Ticket (PLT) program, optimizing rules, onboarding, and operational processes to accelerate adoption.
•Partner with Visa’s Strategy team to identify, design, and launch new buyer-supplier ecosystem offerings via issuers and acquirers.
•Perform market analysis and translate strategic intent into executable product plans with clear success metrics.

Salary: USD 152,200 - 270,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•10+ years in product management, product development, or product strategy.
•Demonstrated success taking products from concept through launch and global scaling.
•Experience working cross-functionally with technology, operations, pricing, legal, and regional teams.
•Deep experience in interchange, commercial payments pricing, or B2B payment economics, including experience with commercial/B2B payments.
