Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, monitor, and maintain facility gas generation, storage, and distribution systems for manufacturing and utility operations.
  • •Manage liquid nitrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, clean dry air, argon, hydrogen, helium, and other specialty gas systems to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, and maintain operational records, SOPs, and calibration/maintenance documentation.
  • •Monitor and maintain gas purity, pressure, flow, and consumption; troubleshoot alarms, leaks, and operational issues.
  • •Ensure EHS compliance for hazardous gas handling, including LOTO/PTW requirements, and support commissioning, qualification, and expansion of gas infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Proficiency operating industrial and specialty gas systems (generation, storage, distribution) for facilities and utilities.
  • •Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of gas system issues and alarms.
  • •Knowledge of hazardous gas safety and compliance requirements (including EHS, LOTO, PTW).
  • •Experience supporting commissioning, qualification, and expansion of gas infrastructure.
