Job Summary

Manage a defined book of insurance business for entertainment industry clients and business managers, supporting day-to-day account servicing. Lead the renewal and marketing process end to end in partnership with business managers and advisors, communicate with clients and carriers, and maintain client records in agency management systems. Prepare materials for presentations, may lead client meetings, and cultivate leads to write new business from your book of business.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain proactive relationships with carrier and client contacts.
•Own and manage renewal and marketing processes from start to finish in conjunction with business managers, executives, and advisors.
•Communicate directly with clients and carriers and create/preserve client files per office procedures.
•Maintain policy records in the agency management system and manage an assigned book of business.
•Write new business accounts from leads cultivated from your book of business and entertainment industry contacts.

Key Requirements

•P&C Insurance License required.
•BA/BS preferred.
•Typically 10+ years of industry and product line experience.
•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Intermediate experience with agency management system(s) and ability to read, analyze, and reconcile financial reports.
