Key Responsibilities

  • •Support operational needs as part of a cross-functional team to receive, review, research, and fulfill third-party subpoenas
  • •Follow procedures and meet regulatory and customer experience requirements while making independent decisions when needed
  • •Analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose practical workflow streamlining solutions
  • •Serve as primary point of contact and maintain productive interaction with operations partners
  • •Assist with new hire/refresher training, prioritize multiple deadlines, and escalate issues to management in a timely manner

Salary: USD 66,700 - 76,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • •1+ years of experience in a law firm or legal department
  • •1+ years of experience in the financial services industry
