Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, quantify, and report customer value targets for productivity gains and financial impact
  • •Ensure seamless operations and delivery for the overall customer program in close partnership with the Cognition account team
  • •Design and build the operating and delivery models for agentic AI enterprise programs
  • •Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers, ensuring successful deployment
  • •Build centers of excellence within accounts and enable them through tailored programs

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in computer science or EE
  • •SWE internship or full-time work experience
  • •3-5 years at a top strategy consulting firm with experience in value targeting/realization and technology strategy
  • •Proven track record building and expanding client relationships
  • •Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and learn exceptionally fast
