Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, and sometimes support, film launch campaigns from global strategy to creative execution, production, and rollout.
  • •Drive and execute UK campaigns for international films by determining local strategy and crafting culturally relevant tactics.
  • •Own day-to-day campaign management, including brief writing, shoot planning, budgeting, and managing campaign resources.
  • •Serve as the central cross-functional liaison across region-based marketing teams, PR/Publicity, Product, and Social to manage workflow and feedback.
  • •Act as the main point of contact with agencies, including hiring, management, and providing feedback to deliver effective campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of entertainment marketing experience at a network/studio or creative agency across strategy, digital, print, and AV creative.
  • •Proven track record building world-class creative for films or premium entertainment properties, balancing innovation with disciplined project management.
  • •Experience building trusted relationships with talent and talent representatives, filmmakers, and/or showrunners in high-stakes situations.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Publicity, Events, Production) and alignment on strategy and goals under tight timelines.
  • •Experience running 360 campaigns and managing agencies, including briefs, tactical execution (AV/trailers, digital/social, print, OOH), and feedback loops.
