Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive administrative support for end-to-end training processes to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs
  • •Manage training logistics including room booking, materials, and technical setup; coordinate vendor communication and scheduling
  • •Handle training registrations and maintain accurate participant records; send invitations, reminders, and confirmations
  • •Coordinate New Joiner Induction programs, including scheduling and communication
  • •Maintain training data and generate reports for attendance, feedback, and compliance metrics, using post-training feedback for reporting

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years in training administration or HR operations
  • •Familiarity with vendor management and financial processes (e.g., settlements, purchase orders)
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • •High attention to detail for accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • •Clear written and verbal communication in English and Polish
