Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full implementation lifecycle for onboarding and configuring AI agents, including testing, deployment, and integration with client data and ERP systems.
  • •Collaborate with founders and customers to translate needs into technical solutions and provide hands-on guidance to drive adoption.
  • •Build and ship full-stack features using the TypeScript frontend and Python backend, from idea to production (UI, business logic, cloud services).
  • •Contribute to product development and architecture discussions, helping define engineering culture?
  • •Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of software engineering or equivalent experience; ability to own projects end-to-end
  • •Strong experience with full-stack development (TypeScript frontend and Python backend)
  • •Experience with Python (Django), TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern AI/LLMs
  • •Ability to onboard and implement customer integrations (data catalogs, ERP) and tailor backend logic/UI to client needs
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
