Manager - Residential Marketing (SA)

Plan, coordinate, and execute ROI-driven marketing and communications initiatives for the Red Sea Residences portfolio. Manage integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, email, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement. Work with internal teams, operator partners, and agencies to develop co-branded collateral, manage budgets and procurement, update website content, and report on campaign performance.
