Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development, maintenance, and governance of global finance policies, including technical accounting guidance for complex transactions.
  • •Ensure policy governance and compliance with US GAAP, SOX/internal controls, and company policies; support balance sheet review and audit deliverables.
  • •Oversee global month-end/quarter-end close and consolidation, including balance sheet and income statement flux analysis.
  • •Design and deliver finance training programs for global finance policy and accounting topics, including scalable training content.
  • •Identify and drive initiatives to simplify and standardize accounting processes; partner with systems/IT on ERP, automation, and AI process/tool enhancements.

Salary: USD 158,500 - 218,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •6–10+ years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, technical accounting, or Big 4.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
  • •Experience partnering cross-functionally on complex accounting topics.
  • •CPA (or equivalent) and/or experience with SEC reporting and external audit processes.
