LLM Post-Training Engineer, Research & Product

Join the Multimedia AI team to drive post-training strategies for large language models used in TikTok products. You’ll lead instruction and preference tuning, advance model alignment, and tackle reward modeling and human preference learning. Work with engineering and product partners to integrate LLM capabilities into the TikTok ecosystem, and execute large-scale training pipelines to move post-training research into production improvements at global scale.
