Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver employee experience programs that foster engagement, connection, inclusion, and well-being
  • •Create employee-life moments (birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, weddings, get-well support) and related initiatives
  • •Plan and execute global company events, off-sites, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, gifting, swag, and special initiatives
  • •Manage and optimize the annual employee experience budget and help scale programs globally across company sites
  • •Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for employee welfare, engagement, and experience-related needs

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in employee experience, engagement, welfare, or related People roles, ideally in a tech environment
  • •Passion for people and culture, creating authentic and memorable employee experiences
  • •Ability to plan, organize, and execute initiatives end-to-end with strong attention to detail
  • •Experience managing employee experience or welfare budgets, including prioritization and budget tracking
  • •Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
