Lead Revenue Operations for presales, partnering with Solutions Engineering and Solutions Consulting to optimize forecasting, deal inspection, territory design, capacity planning, variable compensation, and scalable engagement frameworks. Drive AI-enabled automation and data-driven decision making to improve deal velocity, revenue growth, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product & Engineering, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Forecast and inspect deals for Solutions Engineering and Solutions Consulting, delivering weekly pacing updates, confidence overlays, and strategic narratives for leadership.
•Accelerate AI transformation within the Solutions organization from opportunity identification to governance.
•Build and orchestrate AI agents to automate high-volume workflows (deal prep, loss analysis, forecast digests, QBR generation) using skills-based design and composable frameworks.
•Design SE:AE territory alignment, capacity models, and headcount plans to ensure optimal coverage across segments, geographies, and deal complexity tiers.
•Manage end-to-end variable compensation operations: target setting, leading indicators, quota uploads, attainment tracking, incentive development, and payout governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in an Operations and/or Strategy role focused on Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering/Consulting, or similar GTM functions.
•Deep knowledge of pre-sales methodology, deal qualification, pipeline management, solution scoping, and related performance metrics.
•Experience with managing budgets, running a forecasting cadence, and performing variance analysis.
•Proven track record leading technology-enabled business process transformations with emphasis on AI and automation tools.
•Proficient with Salesforce, ClickUp, Gong, or comparable platforms.
