Job Summary

Support the Corporate Treasury investment portfolio by managing daily collateral monitoring, transaction entry, prepurchase analysis, and security settlements. Help enhance investment management controls, assist with credit monitoring, track KRI metrics, and coordinate safekeeping and broker-dealer settlement activity. Produce monthly reconciliations and ALCO/board-ready reporting, including quarterly fair market value analysis tied to market and economic changes. Occasionally travel and partner with accounting for proper treatment of each security.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle day-to-day investment activities including daily collateral monitoring, investment transaction entry, prepurchase analysis, and security settlements.
•Submit daily collateral pool reports to entities for public funds.
•Assist with developing and implementing controls in the investment management and reporting process.
•Coordinate safekeeping and settlement of investment securities between the safekeeper and broker-dealers, including pledge/liquidity tracking.
•Prepare monthly safekeeping reconciliations, ALCO/board presentations, and quarterly fair market value analysis.

Key Requirements

•Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and industry standards.
•Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills; Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
