Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all store operations with emphasis on back-of-house functions including delivery processes, stockroom management, and replenishment to drive performance within budget constraints.
•Lead cost control efforts by monitoring expenses related to supplies, maintenance, and travel while ensuring alignment with budgets.
•Manage and develop delivery, shop floor, and stockroom teams; drive KPI performance and provide ongoing employee performance reviews.
•Foster a culture of safety and excellent customer service by enforcing health, safety, and return policies; motivate teams to consistently meet service standards.
•Coordinate with department managers and general manager to plan schedules, optimize staffing, and ensure effective cash and inventory management.
