Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the company-wide business systems strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
  • •Own enterprise applications portfolio and establish platform ownership, governance, administration, and support models.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to redesign workflows and automate high-volume/manual processes using workflow platforms, APIs, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • •Create integration and data governance strategy, including systems of record and secure AI access to enterprise data and APIs.
  • •Lead cross-functional transformation programs and build/lead the Business Systems organization, including hiring and AI fluency within the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years across Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, IT, Business Technology, or related functions.
  • •5+ years leading teams in a rapidly growing or complex enterprise environment.
  • •Ownership of large-scale enterprise application portfolios and transformation initiatives.
  • •Deep experience with major enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, billing platforms, or comparable systems.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations/APIs, workflow automation, identity, data governance, and SaaS operating models, including AI tooling integration considerations.
