Key Responsibilities

  • •Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics
  • •Maintain high knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, and general EV systems
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures ("The Three C's") and document customer interactions using the appropriate software suite
  • •Effectively communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers
  • •Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management

  • •Prior experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains
  • •Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year
