Key Responsibilities

•Guide teams using domain and product knowledge to ensure completeness of deployment scenarios, use cases, and built-in product quality.
•Own product validation using new methodologies, automation, and simulation planning/execution while mitigating architecture risks.
•Define test topology and design for assigned product lines, including large systems, and ensure testability/usability/performance/capacity/non-functional requirements are well defined.
•Drive cycle-time improvements by suggesting process changes, leveraging automation, and reducing non-value-added efforts.
•Continuously review post-release defects to enhance test coverage and contribute to new product/solution ideas; monitor technology trends and perform gap analysis to reduce cost.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors or Masters in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering.
•2+ years of experience in process automation solutions/industrial automation domains including DCS, Safety, or Migration.
•Strong domain understanding of DCS deployments in oil & gas, refineries, or power plants.
•Hands-on DCS expertise, preferably Honeywell Experion, or competitor systems like Emerson DeltaV and Invensys Foxboro.
•Fundamental process control knowledge (PID, Cascade, ON-OFF control logic) and industrial protocols (HART, PROFIBUS, Profinet, Ethernet IP, Fieldbus).
