Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical and project task management for multiple simultaneous ports and marine engineering projects.
  • •Provide structural and civil engineering expertise across Ports & Marine work in the west region.
  • •Assist the Ports and Marine Texas group manager to strengthen and grow port practice on the Gulf Coast.
  • •Identify and focus on clients’ key requirements; provide proposal writing and strong communication.
  • •Mentor and lead a team of engineers while supporting client relationships and business development.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency) in structural, civil, or maritime engineering.

  • •Professional Engineer registration in Texas is preferred.
  • •Experience leading projects to quality, timeliness, and budget parameters.
  • •Proficiency in engineering drawings and visual aids using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley MicroStation.
