Support the Zurich HR Business Partnering team by providing HR generalist coverage across the employee lifecycle, coordinating annual people cycles, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives. Prepare HR documentation, trackers, and analyses to enable governance and decision-making. Maintain and monitor HR reports and people metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, absence, diversity, internal mobility) using Excel-based reporting, while working to ensure employee data is accurate across HR systems.
