Legal - Associate General Counsel

Advise and represent the brokerage firm’s operations to ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations while managing legal risk. Serve as a regulatory authority on exchange regulations, industry developments, and regulatory changes, supporting contract review and negotiation. Lead legal research on complex regulatory issues affecting new financial products, services, and technology initiatives, and coordinate regulatory inquiries, filings, and investigations with internal teams and outside counsel.
