Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple DOD contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle.
  • •Provide oversight of Physical Security, Personnel Security, Facility Security, and OPSEC for DoD and SCI programs to protect classified information.
  • •Oversee investigations of security infractions/violations and report findings to the Director of Industrial Security and the customer.
  • •Ensure corrective actions and program improvements are followed through to prevent future incidents.
  • •Administer, direct, and review security operations; develop and distribute security communications and specialized training; represent the organization in formal external meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five (5) or more years in a senior security role supporting classified programs from collateral through SCI levels.
  • •In-depth knowledge of resource materials, policies, and procedures for protection of classified information, with ability to apply NISPOM, ICDs, and contract-specific guidance.
  • •Lead security position supporting the DCSA DOD FSO role.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Preferred: current TS/SSBI clearance and/or 6+ years of law enforcement experience (violent/property crime investigations), plus education or equivalent experience.
