Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with the U.S. team to configure clients’ pension plans in Aon systems and validate pension results.
  • •Perform system testing to ensure quality, including initial configuration and testing during client conversions to newer platforms.
  • •Support system testing for new clients based on pension plan provisions, plan administration rules, and basic defined benefits plan understanding in the U.S.
  • •Review participant data in test environments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • •Ensure precision and quality of calculations and system-generated communications, applying defined benefits concepts and client-specific knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced English level.
  • •University degree (preferably in mathematics, statistics, finance, engineering, or economics).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • •Strong technical and analytical skills with curiosity to learn new technologies.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and work independently.
