Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for the Aerial Capture team, making key architectural decisions to ensure secure, scalable, and high‑performing systems.
•Act as a hands‑on contributor, lead projects end‑to‑end, and coordinate work to ensure predictable delivery and high technical quality.
•Provide hands‑on mentorship and feedback to raise the team’s technical bar through pairing and code reviews.
•Own system health, reliability, and maintainability; actively reduce technical debt and measure outcomes to improve value throughput.
•Be the technical voice in cross‑functional forums, clearly communicating decisions, trade‑offs, and project status to Engineering Managers and stakeholders.
