Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver materials co-ordination, estimation, work pack preparation, closure, and workshop planning within the aircraft maintenance organization.
  • •Coordinate materials and ship shop ship (S/S/S), tasks 2, and repair orders to ensure dispatch and return to aircraft per workflow dates; manage duplicates, shortages, and documentation.
  • •Supervise and train reporting team members and act as deputy for the immediate supervisor when required.
  • •Deliver and supervise check work package preparation and compilation; conduct technical reviews, manage work pack updates, and ensure paperwork audits meet EPM and quality requirements.
  • •Produce man-hour estimates for assigned events, maintain estimation databases, and perform defect analysis and post-input man-hour utilization reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance or Basic GCAA Licence, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • •Diploma or Basic GCAA Licence with 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or production planning (airline or 3rd-party facility), preferably in aircraft scheduling/maintenance/production planning.
  • •OR a Degree in Engineering with 3 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or production planning (airline or 3rd-party facility), preferably in aircraft scheduling/maintenance/production planning.
  • •Good understanding of aircraft documentation and records including AMM, IPC, work packages, and maintenance schedules.
  • •Knowledge of MS Office applications and the Ultramain system; familiarity with aircraft regulatory requirements and legislation.
