Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system for home protection.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technician and customers.
  • •Develop through coaching and training opportunities to grow within the national organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • •Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (helpful).
  • •Technical aptitude and willingness to install and troubleshoot smart home systems (experience in cable/satellite, pest control, construction, or solar helpful).
  • •Physical ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders (up to 14 feet), work in attics/confined spaces, and stand/bend/kneel for extended periods.
