Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach to deliver the ultimate customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Suggest looks tailored to consumers’ needs using current trends and promotions consistent with Levi’s service approach.
  • •Promote Levi’s omni experience by engaging customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns per company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment, and compliance with store procedures.
