Own product change management (PCM), including ECO approval, PCN implementation, and control of unreleased product approvals. Manage field service-related activities and ensure customer shipped configurations, BOM accuracy, and related review processes (CaRM, Review Meetings). Drive common modules roadmap execution post Phase 5 of ePLC, manage component roadmaps and obsolescence/replacements, and align intercompany communication on pricing, spare levels, and restricted part orders.
