Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with AI agents and tools to build, test, and deploy software across the SDLC with contextual inputs to improve output quality.
  • •Contribute to prompt engineering experimentation and share tool usage insights with the team.
  • •Design and develop features with secure coding practices, creating unit and system tests for critical code paths.
  • •Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new application/system features, using observability to monitor health and validate production behavior.
  • •Participate in code reviews and communicate status, challenges, and concerns with managers, product owners, and stakeholders while driving assigned work to completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field (or a different combination such as a master’s degree with up to 2 years’ experience, or 14 years’ experience).
  • •Consistent use of AI coding assistants across the SDLC, providing strong context and critically evaluating outputs.
  • •Full-stack proficiency across supported layers (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, React, and SQL/relational data modeling), with depth in at least one layer.
  • •Comfortable with Git workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative development practices.
  • •Working knowledge of observability (logging, metrics, monitoring) and ability to troubleshoot moderately complex issues with limited guidance.
