Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve solar electric warranty and service issues across modules, inverters, monitoring, and balance-of-system components.
  • •Investigate and mitigate reported roof leaks, including completing a roof leak checklist and documenting with photos and written observations.
  • •Coordinate with Construction Supervisor and Engineering team members to resolve redline issues.
  • •Receive, update, and complete Field Service Dispatches (FSDs) using Salesforce Service Dashboard.
  • •Ensure timely communication and completion of service and warranty work with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required.
  • •1–3 years of previous field construction or solar experience.
  • •Working knowledge of current NEC codes and applicable standards.
  • •Ability to interpret single-line drawings and understand PV systems from roof to meter and electrical principles for solar interconnection/tie-in.
  • •Ability to maintain a clean driving record, pass a driving background check, be 21+ years old, and hold a valid driver’s license.
