Key Responsibilities

•Service and maintain ASML Twinscan lithography machines.
•Define action plans for maintenance activities such as multi-day upgrades and troubleshooting.
•Lead the team and interact with customers on diverse levels; be involved in the account team.
•Grow others and share knowledge with colleagues.
•Solve almost all problems independently and perform routine troubleshooting and preventive actions per predefined procedures.

Key Requirements

•Degree or Diploma with thorough experience servicing ASML Twinscan systems.
•Proven ability to repair and service ASML Twinscan systems independently.
•Experience performing routine troubleshooting and preventive actions per predefined procedures.
•Familiarity with standard escalation protocols (2nd and 3rd line).
•Cross-competency knowledge and ability to define action plans for maintenance activities (including multi-day upgrades).
