Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet production schedules by setting up equipment to manufacture product at target production rates and to quality requirements.
  • •Document set-up and production activities using set-up sheets and production logs.
  • •Resolve production problems by altering processes to specifications and notifying a supervisor for additional resources.
  • •Ensure equipment operation through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and requesting repairs.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean work environment, participate in hazard identification and required training, and support continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
