Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of bridge and civil structures infrastructure projects during procurement and construction phases.
  • •Assist with contract administration and Engineer's Representative responsibilities.
  • •Prepare tender, procurement, and contract documentation.
  • •Support project planning, programme management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • •Prepare project briefs, offers of service, and fee estimates; build relationships and contribute to business development and team growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • •Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in contract and construction management.
  • •Experience working on bridge and civil structures projects.
  • •Experience as an Engineer's Representative Assistant and/or Contract Administrator Assistant, with working knowledge of the NZS391X suite of contracts.
  • •Demonstrated experience preparing contract documentation and supporting contract delivery.
