Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Partner Technical Support Operations, including escalation and incident management.
  • •Direct, mentor, and build a high-performing support team, setting performance targets and conducting quality assurance reviews.
  • •Create and maintain partner relationships using expert product knowledge and credibility.
  • •Define and track KPIs (resolution times, CSAT, first-contact resolution, cost to serve, partner NPS) and perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and systemic issues.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to address technical, regulatory, and market-sensitive inquiries and initiatives.
