Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance, OR an approved Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice path (including associate degree) with 2+ years, OR completion of the Zurich Claims Training Program with 1+ years, OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years.
  • •Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
  • •Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
  • •Microsoft Office experience.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years handling Commercial General Liability claims, including investigation, coverage analysis, liability determination, and claim resolution.
