Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complete civil engineering design requirements for projects.
  • •Coordinate across disciplines and work closely with the Transport Civil Team Lead or Project Manager.
  • •Lead assigned projects, including planning, analysis, design, and production of engineering drawings.
  • •Act as Project Manager / Task Leader on specific projects when assigned.
  • •Mentor and guide civil engineers and perform cross-discipline reviews including constructability checks and clash detection reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • •At least eight (8) years of relevant civil engineering work experience.
  • •Experience with geometric design of highways using Civil 3D, 12D, Open Roads, MX, or similar software.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • •Extensive knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, local Road Authority Standards, and other road/civil design standards.
