Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end motor claims assessment, review and approve complex/high-value claims, and provide expertise on repair methods, cost estimation, and settlements.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with workshops and repair vendors; negotiate service agreements and monitor performance for cost efficiency and quality repairs.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements in motor claims and repair workflows; collaborate with underwriting, claims, and customer service to streamline processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; monitor fraud risks, repair quality, and conduct audits of surveyor activities and workshops.
