Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform product engineering for low power DRAM (LPDDR) for Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications.
  • •Develop and maintain test flows to ensure specification compliance and improve yield and quality through NPI and HVM.
  • •Conduct failure analysis using data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization; drive root-cause fixes with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams.
  • •Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across operating conditions and support NPI bringup, characterization, and cross-site handover.
  • •Own LPDDR-specific validation items (e.g., power, timing margin, IDD, training-related behaviors) and support yield ramp and issue containment during early production.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong electrical testing skills using ATE platforms.
  • •Solid electrical engineering fundamentals with good understanding of IC design and semiconductor devices.
  • •Experience with data mining and yield analysis.
  • •Programming capability with Python preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
