Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key, day-to-day client interface delivering value-added cost management on a hyperscale data center project.
  • •Produce and present cost plans and estimates through design phases; update cost plans at design milestones.
  • •Estimate, negotiate, and manage change orders throughout the construction lifecycle; reconcile changes and validate contractor data.
  • •Lead quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, contingency management, and post-contract cost variance/change control processes.
  • •Prepare and present monthly cost reports, support value engineering/VE sessions, and help negotiate and agree final accounts; mentor and coach talent.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
  • •Excellent communication skills and comfort in a client-facing, day-to-day role.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is advantageous; data center/mission-critical project experience is strongly preferred.
