Partner closely with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and keep the business aligned with company goals, employees, and the local community. •Partner with the Store Manager to ensure business alignment with company interests, employees, and the local community.

•Support day-to-day operations including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
•Help execute store strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, expand traffic, and optimize profitability.
•Act as the Store Manager in their absence, including opening/closing, securing assets, maintaining the security system, and planning the labor schedule.

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
